Description
Developed with precision technology, the TRA series is the ideal adapter for the Lovibond® series spectrophotometers. Their robust design makes the devices ideal for use in any laboratory. The measurements are easy to read via the angled viewing window. The integrated cover blocks the ambient light so that no outside light interferes with the measurements.

The instruments specially developed for the Lovibond® spectrophotometers fit snugly in the housing, so that no ambient light can penetrate into the sample. - Accurate measurements at all times
Each TRA kit comes with a white backing plate to ensure consistency of measurements.
The background color is decisive for measuring the light transmittance of transparent samples. - Application flexibility
The TRA are supplied with 3 different optical glass cuvettes (10 mm, 20 and 30 mm path length) and support a variety of samples.
Thicker and more viscous materials are easier to handle when using the largest 30 mm cuvette.
In other cases, only a smaller sample volume may be available, hence the 10-mm cuvette.

The TR 520 features an integrated, camera-based locator for inspecting your measurement targets and ensuring repeatable, stable results. - Display of the results on the device or on the PC
The TR 520 comes standard with free OnShade software for displaying measurement results on the PC (via USB cable) and creating graphs, statistical process control, color tone search and all available colors, spaces, color differences and indices that can be shared or printed (via optional microprinter accessories). - Guaranteed calibration
White and black calibration tiles are of course included in the delivery.
It is recommended to repeat the calibration at least every 24 hours. - Suitable for multiple applications
The TR 520 includes CIE Lab, XYZ, Yxy, LCh, CIE LUV, Hunter Lab color spaces, ∆E*L*a*b*, ∆E*C*h°, ∆E*uv, ∆E*94, ∆E *cmc(2:1), ∆E*cmc(1:1), ∆E*00, ∆E, Hunter color difference forms and can be set to light source D65, A, C, D50, D55, D75, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12.
In addition, the TR 520 can output a wide range of other colorimetric indices:
WI (ASTM E313, CIE/ISO, AATCC, Hunter), YI (ASTM D1925, ASTM 313), TI (ASTM, E313, CIE/ISO), Metameric Index (MI), Color Spot, Color Fastness, Color Strength, and Opacity.
This data is displayed as spectral value/graph, colorimetric value, color difference/chart, pass/fail result, chromaticity deviation, or sample color values.
