Description
The TG 268 is an extremely flexible gloss meter for measuring average gloss values on coatings, plastics and related materials. It is designed with ergonomic features for easy handling during extended use. Measurements are further facilitated by touchscreen technology and intuitive, integrated and icon-driven software for data management, control, editing and deletion.
The QC software 'OnGloss' is offered as standard with extensive functionalities for the PC (not included in the scope of delivery) via USB cable including printing functions for the QC report and other useful functions.
5 measurement series can be displayed for quick and easy comparison. The storage capacity includes more than 1000 data series. Measurements made with a simple pass/fail test pressed against the sample show the registration, date and time.
An easy-to-use on-screen menu guides the user through the calibration procedure using the supplied calibration plate, simplifying and speeding up the process
The TG 60 supports the following standard gloss values: ASTM D523, ASTM C584, ASTM D2457, BS3900 D5, DIN 67530, DIN EN ISO 2813, EN ISO 7668 and JI Z 8741.
The white LED light sources have an average life of 5 years or more than 3 million measurements.
